These students join a cohort of young leaders ready to take their professional career journey to the next level. Together, they will explore career opportunities, balance performance skills with transferable skills, advocate for the arts, and build their professional portfolio. Over the next two years they will receive two paid, for-credit internships in the U.S & around the world, take Arts Leadership courses, receive access to special funding for professional growth, and pursue training on leaderships skills and competencies.
